2. Purpose of the site

Black Wall is a free, unofficial community platform for fans of the Cyberpunk 2077 trading card game. Its purpose is to offer card information, tools to build and share decks, a match tracker, organisation of friendly events, a community blog, and an AI assistant for rules questions.

The service has no commercial purpose and does not offer paid products or services. Its use is free of charge.

3. Access and registration

Access to most public areas of the site is free. Certain features (creating decks, commenting, participating in events, logging matches) require registration and account creation.

Registration is restricted to users aged 18 or over and is governed by the Terms of Service, which form an integral part together with this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk 2020, and all related trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, and content belong to their respective holders (in particular CD Projekt S.A. and R. Talsorian Games). Black Wall is an unofficial fan-made project without affiliation, sponsorship, or official endorsement.

Use of third-party trademarks and content is made under applicable fair-use exceptions and strictly for informational, community, and non-profit purposes. Any rights holder who believes their content is being used inappropriately may contact hello@blackwall.games to request removal.

The Black Wall platform, its design, user interface, source code, logo, database structure, original texts, and original editorial content are owned by Carlos Suazo López and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation without express written authorisation is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Uninterrupted availability, the absence of errors, and the absolute accuracy of all published information are not guaranteed.

Card data comes from public sources and, despite the effort to keep it up to date, is not a substitute for official sources in competitive play. Responses from the Fixer assistant are AI-generated and may contain errors; they do not constitute an official interpretation.

The owner is not liable for damages arising from misuse of the site, from users' use of the information, or from third-party user-generated content (comments, decks, profiles), provided the owner acts diligently under the hosting-service-provider liability regime set out in the LSSI-CE and Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (DSA).

6. User obligations

By accessing the site, the user agrees to make use of it in accordance with the law, morality, public order, and the Terms of Service. In particular, the user agrees not to carry out activities that may harm the site, other users, or third parties.
