AI assistant (Fixer): an in-app chat powered by Google Gemini that answers questions about rules, cards, and gameplay. Fixer's responses are AI-generated and should not be treated as authoritative rulings.

User profiles: public profiles displaying your username and optionally your decks and activity.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Terms

To access most features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information, including a valid email address.

Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Spam other users or the platform with unsolicited messages or content.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or our systems.

Scrape, crawl, or automatically collect data from the service without our prior written permission.

Use the service to conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules and to terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

5. User Content

When you create and share content on CPTCGDB (such as decks, profile information, or other submissions), you retain ownership of that content.

Card data, images, and related content used in our database are sourced from publicly available data provided by netdeck.gg and are used for informational and community purposes.

The CPTCGDB platform, software, design, and original content are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY] and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our original platform content without permission.

7. Disclaimers

CPTCGDB is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Card data accuracy: while we strive to keep card data accurate, we make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Always consult official sources for tournament or competitive play.

AI assistant (Fixer): responses generated by the AI assistant are informational only. They may contain errors and should not be treated as official or authoritative rules interpretations. When in doubt, consult the official Cyberpunk TCG rulebook.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, [LEGAL ENTITY] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
