Last updated: 2026-04-15
1. Introduction and acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Black Wall platform (https://blackwall.games), operated by Carlos Suazo López ("we" or "the provider"), with address at Travesía Acebo Nº4, Portal E, Floor 3, Door 3, 19139 Yebes (Valdeluz), Guadalajara, Spain, and contact email hello@blackwall.games.
By registering, creating an account, or using Black Wall in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are complemented by our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Notice, which we recommend reading.
2. Minimum age and capacity
Black Wall is intended exclusively for users aged 18 or over with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By creating an account you declare, under your own responsibility:
— That you are at least 18 years old.
— That you have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
— That your registration information is accurate and will be kept up to date.
If we detect or suspect that a user is under age, we will suspend the account and delete their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3. Service description
Black Wall is a free, fan-operated community platform related to the Cyberpunk 2077 trading card game. We offer the following features:
Card database: searchable reference of published cards with text, stats, and artwork, built from public information.
Deck builder: tools to create, save, and share decks.
Match tracker: log of played matches and personal statistics.
Events and tournaments: event creation and sign-up with bracket system.
Community blog: editorial content and articles.
Fixer AI assistant: conversational assistant powered by Google Gemini for rules and gameplay questions. Responses are AI-generated, may contain errors, and must not be considered official rulings.
User profiles: optional public profiles with decks, activity, and followers.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice where possible.
4. User account
To access most features you need to create an account. By doing so you agree to:
— Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
— Keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
— Notify us without delay of any unauthorised access or suspected breach at hello@blackwall.games.
— Not create accounts for other people without permission, nor create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limitations, or sanctions.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings.
5. Community guidelines and acceptable use
Black Wall is built on mutual respect. When posting content or participating in the community (comments, public decks, profiles, events) you agree not to:
Post unlawful content, content that infringes third-party rights, or content that may constitute a criminal offence (threats, defamation, incitement).
Harass, intimidate, threaten, or disrespect other users. Zero tolerance for harassment.
Post content inciting hate, racism, xenophobia, discrimination based on gender, sexual orientation, identity, religion, origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Post content about partisan politics, political activism, organised religion, or socially divisive topics unrelated to the game. We want Black Wall to be a neutral space focused on the Cyberpunk TCG.
Post sexual, pornographic, gratuitously violent, or otherwise inappropriate content for a community setting.
Impersonate other individuals, brands, or entities.
Send spam, unsolicited advertising, chain messages, or repetitive content.
Extract data by automated means (scraping, crawling) without prior written authorisation.
Attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or restricted parts of the system, or reverse-engineer the platform.
Use the service for any activity that breaches applicable law.
Violations may result in content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, without prejudice to applicable legal action.
6. User-generated content
Content you post (decks, comments, profile information, posts) remains yours. You keep all intellectual property rights in it.
By posting content on Black Wall you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence, revocable when you close your account, to store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content within the platform for the sole purpose of operating the service.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you hold all rights necessary to grant this licence; (ii) the content does not infringe third-party rights; (iii) the content complies with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not systematically review content before publication, but we reserve the right to remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
7. Moderation, illegal content reports, and appeals (DSA)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on a Single Market for Digital Services (DSA), Black Wall makes the following mechanisms available:
Single point of contact for authorities and users: hello@blackwall.games. Languages supported: Spanish and English.
Notice of allegedly illegal content (Art. 16 DSA): anyone can report content they believe to be illegal by emailing hello@blackwall.games. The notice must include: (a) a reasoned explanation of why the content is illegal; (b) clear indication of the location (URL); (c) name and email of the notifier (unless the notice concerns possible offences against minors); (d) a good-faith statement. We acknowledge receipt without undue delay and decide within a reasonable timeframe.
Moderation decisions: when we remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend an account, we inform the affected user of the reasons and available remedies, unless prohibited by law or where disclosure could interfere with an investigation.
Internal complaint-handling system (Art. 20 DSA): you have 6 months from the decision to file a reasoned complaint by email to hello@blackwall.games. We will review the decision without undue delay, diligently, non-discriminatorily, and by a qualified person.
Out-of-court dispute settlement (Art. 21 DSA): you may also turn to certified out-of-court dispute settlement bodies under the DSA, without prejudice to your right to take legal action.
Transparency: as a very small provider, we are not subject to the enhanced transparency obligations that apply to very large online platforms.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
Cyberpunk 2077, Cyberpunk 2020, and all related trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, and content belong to CD Projekt S.A., R. Talsorian Games, or other rights holders. Black Wall is an unofficial, fan-made project, not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by CD Projekt RED or any other official rights holder.
Use of these trademarks and content is made under applicable fair-use exceptions and strictly for community and informational purposes, on a non-profit basis.
The Black Wall platform, its design, interface, source code, logo, database structure, and original editorial content are owned by Carlos Suazo López and protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, reproduction, or redistribution without express written permission is not allowed.
9. Copyright infringement notice
If you are a rights holder (or their authorised agent) and believe that content hosted on Black Wall infringes your copyright, you may send a notice to hello@blackwall.games including:
— Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed.
— Precise URL of the allegedly infringing content.
— Your full contact details (name, email, postal address).
— A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
— A statement that the information provided is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf.
— A physical or electronic signature.
Once we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the affected content without undue delay. We will inform the user who posted the content and offer the opportunity to submit a counter-notice.
We act against users who are repeat infringers by applying the measures described in section 5 (temporary or permanent account suspension).
10. Disclaimer of warranties
Black Wall is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we offer no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
Uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities.
Accuracy, completeness, or currency of card data. Always consult official sources for competitive or tournament play.
Responses from the Fixer assistant (AI): automatically generated, may contain errors, inaccuracies, or fabrications, and do not constitute official rules interpretations. Use them only as informational support.
Absence of viruses or harmful components, despite the reasonable measures we apply.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Carlos Suazo López is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of revenue, arising from your use or inability to use the service.
Because this is a free fan-operated service, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the service is limited, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to one hundred euros (€100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by writing to hello@blackwall.games. After deletion, your personal data will be erased in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, on objective grounds: breach of these Terms, abusive use, risk to service security, competent-authority order, or operational reasons (service discontinuation, material change of model).
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (in particular, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) remain in force.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect legal, technical, or service changes. The new version will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
When changes are material, we will notify you reasonably in advance by email or via a prominent notice on the platform. If you continue using the service after the changes take effect, you are deemed to accept the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your account.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the LOPDGDD, the GDPR, and the Digital Services Act (DSA).
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Guadalajara (Spain), unless applicable consumer-protection rules provide a different forum for consumers residing in the EU.
EU-resident consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
