Import, export and share decks

Move decks in and out of Black Wall in every format the community uses.

Export formats

From any deck page, open the Export menu. You can download or copy:

Import a deck

Go to Decks → New deck → Import. Paste any of the textual formats above. Black Wall detects the format automatically.

What happens:

  • Each line is parsed and matched to our card catalogue by name.
  • Unrecognised entries are listed at the top of the import so you can fix typos before saving.
  • The deck is saved as private by default — change visibility once you're happy.
  • An Imported badge appears on the deck detail page so you remember where it came from.

Private, unlisted, public

  • Private — you are the only person who sees it. Friends with the URL get a 404.
  • Unlisted — anyone with the URL can open it, but it won't show up on the Decks listing, the home, or the global search for other users.
  • Public — visible in listings, the home and search. Shows up in the site's sitemap too.

Archived decks (soft-deleted from the Decks list) are invisible to everybody except you. You can restore them.

Forking

If you see a public deck you want to tweak, hit Fork. Black Wall clones the deck into your account as a new private deck. The original author is credited in the description — don't delete the credit line.

Likes

A heart button on every public deck. One like per user. Owners can't like their own decks.

Covers

Upload a cover image from the edit page. Recommended size 1200×630 (OG card aspect). Maximum 5MB. JPEG/PNG/WebP accepted.

If the deck doesn't have a cover, Black Wall generates an OG card using the legends' art.

Sharing via poster

Both PNG and PDF posters are generated server-side on demand. Good for print nights at your LGS or a Discord announcement — they include legends, full main list, and deck stats.
